John Mlnarik

John L. Mlnarik has been practicing law since 2008 and is the founder of The Mlnarik Law Group, Inc.

Before becoming a lawyer, John was the valedictorian of his graduating class at the Lincoln Law School of San Jose, obtained two degrees from Santa Clara University and worked in the legal field as a paralegal for Walkers Global in the Cayman Islands and Ericksen Arbuthnot in San Jose.

John is involved in many community activities and previously served as the President of the Santa Clara County Bar association, and as an academic dean at Lincoln Law School of San Jose.  Most recently, John returned to the classroom and obtained an LLM in Taxation from Washington University in St. Louis.

Born and raised on a farm in Nebraska, John is married to his wife, Kristen and they have three kids, ages 16, 15 and 13.

Michele Anderson

Michele A. Anderson is a native Californian and have lived in the area her entire life.  In 2009, she joined The Mlnarik Law Group, Inc., as a bankruptcy paralegal.

Michele have over 20 years of experience providing support roles for the insolvency field. She was a senior paralegal at Brooks & Raub and an assistant to a senior partner at Murray & Murray—two bankruptcy firms.

As the Office Administrator for The Mlnarik Law Group, Inc., Michele is responsible for many office operations, including bookkeeping, employee benefits, and varied administrative functions.

Michele lives in San Carlos, where she cares for her aging mother and daughter Melissa. In her free time, she enjoys taking trips with her daughter.

Hatixhe Grbeshi

Hatixhe Grbeshi joined The Mlnarik Law Group, Inc., in 2022. Her practice primarily focuses on Social Security Disability Benefits (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI).

After graduating from Law University in Pristina, Kosova, Hatixhe obtained her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) at Lincoln Law School of San Jose. She is also certified in Mediation from Santa Clara County and the Loyola Medication Center.

Hatixhe has spoken extensively on SSI and SSDI benefits and the overlaps with mental health. She has presented to a variety of organizations, including Parents Helping Parents, Catholic Charities of San Jose, San Francisco General Hospital, the Muslim Community Association, and the African Community Health Institute.

Because of her exceptional work with world organizations and contributions to the vulnerable, disabled and homeless communities, Hatixhe has earned several awards, such as the 2017 Beacon of Light Award by the Santa Clara Office of Immigrant Relations, Congressional Recognition from Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren, and Senate Recognition from Senator Jim Beall.
